Technical/ Process Skills

  • A Project Manager is responsible from Project planning, strategy to execution
  • The incumbent is responsible to interact with clients directly and regularly and play a pivotal role in translating business ideas into meaningful solutions
  • He/ she would be an interface in understanding the client’s requirements and work collaboratively with the project execution team to help achieve optimum results
  • As a leader, he/ she should be able to coach & mentor the team in their work areas. He/ she should also be equipped to conduct effective quarterly reviews for team and annual appraisals
  • He/she should be able to set and drive a healthy team culture that runs in resonance with Cuelogic culture
  • He/ she should possess excellent communication skills- not only verbal and written communication, but also ability to handle critical communication
  • Must have a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments in an environ that requires multitasking among concurrent projects

    Soft Skills

  • Hands on development expertise in Web/ Cloud/ Mobile Platforms
  • Proven experience in managing team and customer across locations and demographics
  • Ability to work with individuals of diverse demographics
  • Knowledge or hands-on exposure with team using CI / CD
  • Process improvement strategy for tackling challenges like quality deliverable, continues deployment, timely deliverable, team satisfaction, team growth
  • Contribution to Pre-Sales, Training, Recruitment activities
  • Experience in managing team with varied skills like different technology, Front end engineers, QA’s, Mobile, etc
  • Good understanding on implementing technical process like TDD, Effective Reviews, SOLID, etc
